I offer three types of classes, depending on what you need — from friendly, inclusive community sessions, to uplifting dance fitness, through to small, specialist classes focused on pain, movement and recovery.

All classes are designed to be welcoming, adaptable and grounded in real-life movement, so people can feel more confident, capable and at ease in their bodies

You’ll probably feel at home in these classes if:

You don’t feel comfortable in gym-style environments

You don’t enjoy “follow the leader” classes

You’re carrying a bit of extra weight and don’t want to feel self-conscious

You’re coming back after illness, injury, or a long break

You want something that feels supportive, not intimidating
