Do I need to book or join something?

No, you can pay on the day, either by contactless card or cash (please bring the correct change).

There’s no joining fee, but before your first class you will need to complete a self-assessment questionnaire about your readiness to undertake physical activity. This is to ensure that Debs is aware of any special adaptations that you may require during the classes.

Gentle Dance Fitness

We will use light hand weights in class - typically 0.5 kg or 1 kg in each hand. There are some weights available to borrow if you don’t have your own.
